Parking is available directly in front of the address.

Covid19 procedure

Due to the current pandemic, anyone testing positive for symptoms of Covide19 will be immediately referred to their primary care physician and their treatment will be rescheduled.   At this time here will be NO cancellation fees charged for appointments cancelled due to any illness.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the clinic with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment.

Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the full treatment fee.
