​Cancellation Policy

​There is no fee charged for a short notice cancellation due to illness. It is important to stay home if you are ill or contagious.

Please contact the clinic with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment.

Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the full treatment fee.
